Off broadway in NYC

We are coming to the city this weekend. We always do a broadway show or two. this year we are thinking about off broadway. Fuhgettabout it or love loss and what i wore, the tuskegee airman are ones that caught my eye. Anyone have any thoughts. Also looking for cruise, any recommendations.

Thanks for all your help.

Please read the reviews in Time Out NY, New York Magazine, NY Times, or New Yorker and see which one appeals to you.

It is wonderful that you want to see an off-Broadway production.

I saw Love, Loss and What I Wore recently. Its quite charming, but really a "girls" show. Although DH is very liberal, I don't think he would have gotten it. The ladies in the group loved it.

I agree with TC. It's definitely for women. I liked 'Zero Hour' which was very engaging and very well acted.

as to a cruise i love going on the Spirit Cruises---excellent service, very good food,entertainment/dancing.Weve done the Sunday evening cruise and just 3 weeks ago the Fireworks cruise. If you do go, get a window table, and if its a big occasion you can get roses and champagne as well--the sunday cruises have a cash bar--they also have a nice pic you can get. They sail up the Hudson then down thru the Harbor past SOL?Ellis Island, then up thru Queensborught bridge--its like a 3 hour cruise if i recall
