Off-Broadway

Hi. We've seen most of the broadway shows out now and are hoping to get to a really good off-broadway show. Anyone have any recommendations? We are open to anything, as long as it would be enjoyable for our teens as well.
Thanks!

Of the off broadway shows that were at TKTS last week I'd suggest:
ALTAR BOYZ
GAZILLION BUBBLE SHOW
NYC BALLET
OUR TOWN
PERFECT CRIME
STOMP
THE FANTASTIKS
THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES
THE TOXIC AVENGER

We just saw Everyday Rapture at 2nd Stage Theatre, it was fabulous.

Ruined just won the Pulitzer prize for drama, as well as the Drama Desk award. The content of it is pretty intense, but I'd definitely give it a look to see if it's something your family would appreciate.

Fuezerbruta is another to consider with teens. Btw, there are quite a few non-musicals on Broadway that are excellent including the Norman Conquests, God of Carnage and Waiting for Godot. http://theater2.nytimes.com/venues/broadway.html
