Oct. group venue in Las Vegas
We are looking for a place for about 16 women to hold a weekend outing in Oct. Sharing anywhere from 2 to 4 to a room...Any suggestions?

16 women and 2 rooms?
I'd hate to see that bathroom :-). You probably want suites rather than standard rooms. Price range? |
You need to define your budget for accommodations. Be aware that almost all the major Strip hotels will charge extra for additional people (over 2 people) in a room.
Oct. is a pretty expensive month due to conventions (I will be up there in Oct. so I know about rates). Since your original post says very little I will simply say look for a mid-strip location, it will work best and allow you to go in either direction without too much hassle. |
disregard my lame joke...I didn't read the 2 to 4 to a room.
I agree mid strip. Caesars, Flamingo, Venetian, Harrahs, Paris. |
sorry for being vague...what I was wondering was if anyone had experience at a hotel as part of a small group??? any special treatment? rates? best rooms for more than 2 adults.... info along that line - I think $250 would be around the price point...Thanks in advance!

All the rooms at Rio are suites and if you get 2 double beds you'll also have a pretty good sized sofa that someone can sleep on. It's across from the "hip" Palms hotel and next door to the budget Gold Coast hotel (good coffee shop & cheap buffet)...and all 3 hotels have shuttle to the strip a half-mile away.
On strip, the Aladdin Planet Hollywood has rooms with big bathrooms, the toilet is in a closed "closet", so one person can shower, two can use the sink and one can use the can all at one time. It's a great location across from Caesars. And yes, for most of October you may need to BOOK NOW, it's a busy month for LV. |
