Looks like the Seamark in Nags Head is (was) near where we're staying and that leaves Food Lion as the most convenient to us. Is there anything on the "mainland" that you can hit before going over to the Outer Banks?

If you're coming down 158 to the OBX, there are a couple of Food Lions on the way but that's about it for supermarkets. I wouldn't bother. Is it convenient to bring your immediate provisions from home?

There are a number of produce and seafood stands on 158 that are open during the season. Grandy is good for produce and bakery goods.

Once on the Outer Banks, I'd shop at the Harris Teeter at MP 10. I know it sounds like I work for them but I don't.
