Oahu Pake Pork Chop

Great article in this week's (July 25th edition) Mid Week about Anthony Chang & his Chinatown Culinary Tour. Article is called, "Dining On The Hoof".

The article mentions chicken feet & the old Hubba Hubba Club.

I'll admit it. I've been to Hubba Hubba a couple of times when I was a sailor & stationed at Pearl Harbor.

I just looked at www.midweek.com & their site is not updated yet with the article. Probably will be updated on July 25.

Here's an old thread about some dining on Oahu:

I can vouch for the tour with Pake Pork Chop - we just took it recently and loved every minute! It is well worth the $10 per person and three hours. What a bargain! We went back to Chinatown by ourselves later for eathing and shopping.

Tony is starting to look less like a pork chop and more like a filet mignon! He really is a treasure chest of knowledge on Oahu and chinese immigration. Very fun too!
