Oahu north shore condos
I have found a place to stay on Kauai and now I need to find a place on Oahu. I am having a hard time as there are 10 people in my party. I have been looking at the North Shore. I was looking at Gigi's Paradise but read 2 bad reviews. Has anyone else stayed there? It looks great to me and well priced.
I was hoping to hear more feed back on it.
I've also looked at some places on "oahu-hawaii-vacation.com" They have some rentals that will sleep 10 that look great. However they want a $1000 security deposit. I am just worried about getting that $$ back. I've noticed other places don't require a security deposit (or at least not one that large).
Does anyone know of a place on the north shore, on the beach, that will sleep 10?

You should check out www.teamrealestate.com. They list a number of properties on the North Shore and are pleasant to work with.
