O.C. MD accomodations with pets?
 

anyone know of decent accomodations in O.C., Bethany or Fenwick that allows pets? just looking for a two-night stay in mid July. thanks!

The Fenwick Inn used to take pets. I haven't been there in years. At that time, it was decent. It's on the wrong side of the main road, though.

Check Mobil travel guides. They rate places and indicate if pets are allowed.

I know of the Americana in Rehoboth Beach that allows pets. Also, if you'd like your pets to enjoy the beach and water too, when I went to a Delaware State Park between Rehoboth and Dewey and saw a German Shepard on the beach. Also a hidden benefit is that the park beaches are nearly deserted, even in July, when I went.

Thanks mscarls and Stephanie! I will look into these leads. Would be great since the rest of our family is staying in Fenwick.

Where did you end up staying with your pet? I will be in the area next week with a small dog and need a place for one night. Don't really want the OC scene, and prefer a "nice" place.
