NYC/Two Bdrm, Two Bath Hotel Room

I am planning a three-night trip for May or early June. My husband, dd, dd's best friend and I will be going. We need a two bedroom and two bath suite in midtown. I am thinking about $600-$800/night price range (tops). I would appreciate any suggestions.

The San Carlos Hotel looks pretty nice. Anyone stayed there?

Good luck. You may or may not find something suitable for that budget range. The San Carlos is in a reasonably convenient location, where you'll find a lot of other hotels and restaurants. I don't know it myself, so I can't comment on the quality. The Kimberly might also be a possibility. It's an all-suites hotel in the same general vicinity.

Thanks Doug. I did find this list simply by googling. I'll be checking them out.

It may be easier to find a hotel with 2 interconnected rooms, than a 2 bedroom suite.

I know some Affinia hotels do have 2 bedroom suites, but I don't know how many bathrooms they have and if they are in your range. You can check affinia.com.

I just checked the Affinia website. Affinia Manhattan and Eastgate Towers both have 2 BR suites with 2 baths (also kitchen and living/dining area) in your price range.

The Best Western Hospitality House on E. 49th street has huge apartments. I visited my aunt in her room when she was staying there on business, and her room was absolutely gigantic by hotel and NYC apartment standards. She had two big bedroooms, and dining area, and full living room w/ couches, and a full, stocked kitchen w/ appliances. I just checked rates for a random weekend in June, and they are around $599 for the biggest room.
