NYC trip report and photos...

Hi everyone, In April 2004 we took a weekend trip to NYC...what a great city! We had wonderful weather and hit most of the highlights. If you are interested in our trip report and photos please feel free to visit our personal travel journal at http://www.nbhtravel.com We really got some great photos of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. Thanks and enjoy.

Tehre are two lessons for amateur travel photographers in your pictutres.

1/ Don't put the camera away when it gets dark -- learn to use it braced or on a tripod.

and

2/ Include people in lots of your photos.

Both lessons are combined in some of these pictures.

There's a great shot of two firemen at night sitting on the back of a truck, iilluminated by the truck's own lights.

Congratulations on the good photographs.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I was in NYC in May, and took many of the same photographs, yours turned fantastic! May I ask what type of camera you used?

Great report, what an amazing city!!
