We are looking to try renting an apartment vs staying in a hotel for a long 4 night weekend.Does anyone know any good companies or websites to find informaiton about renting this. i looked on craigslist.com and found some....there must be a better place to find this....no?

For a 4-night stay, there are quite a few suite hotels in NYC that will give you a small kitchen area and enough elbow room that you won't be bumping into the furniture the whole time. It's always better than the illegal alternative.

Further, there are MANY outright scams on Craigslist, especially in NYC.
