NYC Rooftop bar with a view?
 

I love spending time at the 96th floor of the Hancock Building in Chicago, sipping an adult beverage and seeing the view. It's magical.
Is there a place I do that in New York City at Christmas?

The new Hyatt Times Square on 45th between 7th and 6th now has (I believe) the highest cocktail lounge in NYC, even if it's only at the 54th floor. Called Bar 54. It's delightful with great views. Of course the drinks and snacks are overpriced as expected, but at least they are really very good.
