NYC-Radio City Apts

Anyone have any experience staying here please? What's it like - size of rooms, safety, location?

these are not the radio city suites. Just in case you get confused. almost the same name. you mean the RC APTS, I'm sure.

I stayed at Radio City Apts last summer. They're clean, the rooms are spacious (by NYC standards) and it's a great location - safe and centrally located. It's immediately adjacent to subways stops, a short two - four block from walk from the Theatre district/Times Square area and very reasonably priced. The rooms are older and well maintained but not plush. We reserved a room with two beds but were upgraded to a one BR unit with LR and kitchenette. My daughter stayed on the futon couch in LR and I had the BR. It was surprisingly quiet for midtwon and we were only on the 3rd or 4th floor. I recommend it as a great value.

Owen, do they have elevators? Thank you so very much for your information, it helps.

They have elevators to reach the rooms but you must walk up 6-10 steps (or thereabouts) from the street entrance to reach the lobby area where the elevators are located.

Owen, thanks very much for all the information. I may indeed just go with them.
