thanks for the info...I'll check it out...does anyone have a favorite one that you would highly recommend??

At this late date, your chances of getting tickets to any of the popular shows are slim to non-existant. Of the emaining shows, I'd recommend Chicago, Fiddler on the Roof, Gypsy or Movin' Out. But, order soon.

A lessor known but very good play that we enjoyed is "Anna in the Tropics" Was easy to get tickets but since it is closing Sunday, maybe not.

I'd recommend the Producers or if you don't mind off broadway one called I Love You, You're perfect, Now Change! It's a great musical comedy and I think it's still running.

Normally when someone says "play" I assume they mean non-musical. But since you mention Lion King, I'm not so sure. Do you want a musical or a play? If a play, a comedy or a drama?

Depends what you like -- Chicago is my all-time favorite. I've seen it 4 or 5 times. Can get rush tickets if you want to go that route. I think they are $25 now. You line up at the theater early in the morning, get a numbered bracelet and come back at 10:00AM to buy. Seats are 1st couple of rows. Not great for some plays (too close), but it works for Chicago.
