NYC observation decks

Hello there,

I am visiting New York City this October, and I am wondering If there are any NYC skyscrapers (apart from the Empire State Building) that have observation decks open to the publick and tourists.

Thank you!

Unfortunately, October is a month too early to visit the soon-to-be-reopened observation deck at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Rockefeller Center.

Not so much an "observation deck" but the Met has a wonderful rooftop deck. Fridays is open until (I think) 9pm.
They serve drinks, light food etc and it's a wonderful end to a few hours browsing, if you wanted to combine both.

Great views from the Pentop Bar (Peninsula Hotel), Rise (Ritz Carlton Battery Park), and the bar at the top of the Gansevoort Hotel (which looks down on the "exclusive" SoHo House).

Enjoy a drink at all three!

There is also a nice view at the Mandarin Oriental in the Time Warner Building. Have a drink there is you have time, or just take a look. Also isn't there a terrace at Trump Tower? It's not on the roof but might still be fun . . .

"View", a restaurant and bar on top of the Marriott Marquis (Times Square) is aptly named. Expensive drinks, but it revolves once/hour for varied views. So it's not really an observation deck, but it was fun.
