NYC is there snow or slush??

Off to NYC tomorrow and I was wondering if I need boots. Are the sidewalks in Manhattan snow covered??. Thanks!!

uh... still some messy slightly slushy (and very slippery) streets and corners near my home and office. May refreeze today and tonght, but the rest of the week should be warmer and melt away the rest

It depends where you are- on smaller streets like where I live it is snowy, but on more busy streets (midtown, etc) it is clearer, just a little icy & slush.
