NYC discounts on museums, theaters, restaurants, etc.
There are several different concurrent discount programs going on in NYC
If you're interested in any of the deals, make sure you check the others too. Sometimes there's a museum discount on one promo that's best for a single person where a different program might come out cheaper for 2 or more traveling together. Enjoy!

(only from January 11-13, FREE admission to many sights, some theater and restaurant discounts). See webpage for details and to print out a copy of required pass)

"Paint the town red white and blue" Pick up or print out needed pass. Says valid with American Express card only valid until February 28. Includes hotel deals as well.

Restaurant Weeks January 28th to February 8th

Hope this helps. If anybody knows other promos, please list here. Also, please top this from time to time over the next few days/weeks.

One thing that I learned on this forum is that the entrance fee for the Metropolitan Museum of Art is a "suggested" price. Since we are a family of four and just stayed an hour or so, this was a help to our pocketbook. Please, no comments we are cheap...we think our $20.00 contribution was justifiable.
