NYC - Buying Big Size Shoes
 

MAybe a bit of a strange request but i need to buy large sized formal shoes, 14 - 16 any ideas where the best places in NYC are?

Umm, men or women??? If men, Rochester Big & Tall has a store on 6th ave. and 52 st. and carry shoes up to size 16

Sym's is a discount clothing store with 2 locations in Manhattan (downtown near Wall St. and 54 ST. and Park Ave.) that's good for small/large sized clothes, but whether they also carry large sized shoes, I'm not sure.

Take the train out to the burbs and a Nordstroms. They routinely stock size 16. Also, to save some time, check the Nordstroms website and then call the nearest Nordstroms to find out what is in stock.We have found Nordstroms to be a gold mine for big feet!

You might consider zappos.com. They have very large selection in a huge range of sizes. And they don;t charge for shipping either way if the shoes don;t fit.
