NY Show: Spamalot - is it worth going?
 

Hi, have you been to see Spamalot? Is it worth going to, in your opinion?

Also will I be able to get same day or next day tickets for such a popular show?

worth going isn't the question--getting tickets is the problem.

If you're a Python fan it's an incredible experience (I do know 2 people who went and didn;t like it - didn;t know Python and felt it was simply tOO low brow). But IMHO it is brilliant.

Tickets are now available about 3/4 months in advance for not the best seats. the only way to get on 1/2 days notice is via a scalper - which will cost about double face value of the tickets.

I am not a "Python" fan and we saw it in previews and I thought it was WONDERFUL...very funny IMO.

I wasn't a Python fan either, but I loved this show! It's so hilarious. If you can get tickets, go!
