NY Hotel - Upper East Side

Any suggestions for a nice hotel on the Upper East Side for under $200 from June 13-20? We'd be booking three doubles, no kids. Not as cheap as the "Y", but not as expensive as the Plaza - looking for something in-between....

try quickbook.com to find great rates and then check the hotel you select for any upgrades when booking 3 rooms GL

I would strongly suggest bidding for rms through priceline.com
If you go to www.biddingfortravel.com,
this is an online bulletin board to help people with information on how to bet bid onPriceline. People regularly get 4* eastside hotels for $85 to $110/nt - we're talking about The Grand Hyatt, Waldorf Astoria, and The Stanhope

Barbizon is nice and I hear deals are available. For a true neighborhood hotel, there's the Franklin on East 87th Street between Lex & Third. Very convenient to the Park, museums, and the 86th Street subway stop. Also the Bentley is nice, but it's very far east. Good luck!
