Novotel Hotel
 

Coming into NYC for the 4th. Staying at the Novotel Hotel. Any feedback would be great.

Cathy:<BR><BR>Nice location. Has a "Sky Lobby" that helps keep the locals out! Rooms were nice. Lobby has a nice lounge. Great spot for westside dining!<BR>Anything else you need?<BR>JOHN<BR><BR>

Also have a room at the Novotel, Ours for Dec 408. We have never stayed there before. I would appreciate your opinions after your return. Please email me.<BR>Tnanks in advance.

Thanks John:<BR><BR>We have tickets to the Yankees/Indians game on Thursday, What would be the best method of transportation to the Stadium?

Don't miss the view of Times Square from the sky lobby restaurant/bar. The best around.

Kathy you should take the subway to the stadium--the station you need is one block away.

Enter the subway at either 50th Street and 8th Avenue or 59th ST. and 8th Ave. THe 50th St.station is closer. If you enter at 50th take the C train one stop to 59th St. and transfer to the D train to Yankee Stadium. Get off at the 161st St. station. If you walk to the 59th ST. station take the D train directly to the Stadium. The D train stops at 125th, 145th and then 161st ST - a very fast ride.

Hi Cathy:<BR><BR>The train is the way to go!! It will be very safe and very quick! KF post is right. The staion you need is on 53rd and 7th! Take the D_train Uptown to 161st street (Yankee Stadium) I believe that train makes the following stops. 59th street, 125th street, 145th street, 155th street, Yankee Stadium!! Bring large bottles of water!! It will be HOT! Have fun..Go Yankees!<BR>JOHN
