Norwalk Vicinity - ideas this weekend?
 

I will be staying at the Silvermine TAvern this weekend and wanted some places to go in the area. Love eating and shopping. I am pretty much familiar with Greenwich so looking at other places.

Go into New Canaan and Ridgefield for lovely shops and nice places to eat.

Norwalk - the Aquarium is small and very doable; it is enjoyable with or without kids. If it is nice, SoNo is a nice walk around area [south norwalk near aquarium] very trendy. Also, Stamford has good shopping, a nice museum and often has theatre productions.
