We will be visiting White Mountains next months and would appreciate any suggestions on places to eat. We would like to try great food and price is not important. Thank you for your help

My wife and I visited Jackson a couple of years ago. The restaurant at the Inn at Thorn Hill there was very good as well as charming. Many moons ago when I was a teen my family dined at Lovett's at LaFayette Brook in Franconia and I still remember it well. I think its still going strong and highly regarded today. Try the Red Parker Pub outside of North Conway. Good food and relaxing atmosphere.

Trace, <BR> <BR>Try the Bernerhof Inn on route 302 in Glen, NH near Jackson. Had a lovely meal there a few years ago. Good food, service and nice atmosphere.

Try THE (Thompson House Eatery) and Whitney's both excellant. They are in Jackson
