Normandy, France Central Hotel

Can anyone recommend a nice centrally located hotel in Normany? We will be touring the entire region in June and thought rather than hotel hopping, it would be nice to stay in one place and venture out from it.

Hi dandygirl, I think you accidently posted this question on the US Board. Repost it on the Europe Board and imagine you will receive the information that you are looking for. And have fun planning your trip!

I know this isn't the European site, but I couln't resist posting the website to the following chateau:
www.ila-chateau.com/canisy/
My husband and I stayed there several years ago while visiit the World War sites and it was amazing! The Chateau was actually occupied during the war. Each day we returned to our little hotel, it was like stepping back in time! Enjoy your trip!

Just curious...I seldom look at the Europe boards as, unfortunately, it's been over 20 years since I've been there. But I've noticed that Europe questions are accidentally posted to the U.S. boards at least a couple of times a week. Are U.S questions accidentally posted to the Europe boards?

CAPH, that is an interesting question. And the interesting answer, not to my knowledge. Never thought about it but I don't think I have seen a US travel question on the Europe Board. Has anyone else?
