Non-van shuttle at Honolulu airport?

We'd like a private car/shuttle to take us from the airport to our Waikiki hotel, but most shuttles use vans--and I have trouble climbing up into them. Any suggestions?

Why not just take a taxi?

Decided to give that a try. We've been spoiled with the spacious Uber cars in our area; one of my legs doesn't always want to fold up properly to get in the back seat of a standard car.

Maybe the front passenger seat of a taxi will be better.

I've seen taxis at Honolulu that are older limos. Would that work for you?
