No luck posting replies, still

Still can't reply to anyone, but I appreciate those who reply to me. In response, when I click either at the top of a message (where there is a box that says "Post a reply") or at the very bottom (where there is an identical box), I get no action at all; at the bottom of my window it says something like replyJavascript with some numbers, but nothing else happens. Is there any hope, or shall I just wait it out and keep trying?

Neither waiting, nor repeated "trying" will help you. You must e-mail the editors @ fodors.com and let them know about your problems, including which operating system and which version and browser you're using.

Anonymous (and others who replied), I e-mailed about 20 seconds ago, and on a whim decided to try a reply to myself (again), and this time it worked! Either they got to my e-mail mighty darn quick, or my wait and see strategy worked out, and I don't care which it was. Now I'll try to give useful info to somebody else! Thanks.

This has NOTHING to do with US travel ("Other" forum much more appropriate) but I'll suggest:

This may have something to do with your browser security level and ability to accept cookies. (Tools - Internet options - privacy)

Sometimes "flushing" your cache can fix these things too. (Tools - Internet Options - delete files)

No, Likes, it only works if you reply to yourself! (and who said it's OK to talk to yourself as long as you don't reply? doesn't apply to Fodor's)

R5 has been busy saying goodbye to the ads - but that leaves me unable to reply to the thread. But now I see others are able to. What gives?

Scroll, SeeTheWorld, scroll :)

Seriously, scroll to the right, and you'll be able to reply. I was.

Okay, THAT'S IT!....Fodors has helped me to break my addition. I am about done.

Thanks, Faina.
