No Bag, Hawaii
 

Alright, I know from previous posts, not to take a purse/bag to Pearl Harbor, are there other places on Maui/Oahu they're not allowed? If so, please list.

You know what Belle, I didn't take a bag anywhere. I had those Bass Pro Shop fishing shorts with zippered pockets...put me some cash, my id, a credit card and off and away. I left my gazillion $'s in cash and jewelry in the safe at the hotel.

You get over needing lipstick after a few days. Oh, I did put a lip sunscreen thing in my pocket also. I just put a big bag with snacks and stuff you need and left it in the car. The real icee kept up with the camera.

Thought I died and went to heaven in Springfield, MO earleir this year.

I actually bought some sandals at our Bass Pro Shop (Foley)...wish I'd thought of the shorts! Belle.

I have found tucking a $20 in my bra and relying on DH to carry ID and CCs to work just hunky dory.

Belle, please be sure to write a trip report, would love to hear about your experience, know you've been doing a lot of research on Fodors:)
