NJ Blueberry Picking
 

Summer is almost here and wondering if anyone has a favorite place to pick blueberries in New Jersey? Thanks!

Google will locate: Allen Family Farm, Belleplain, NJ which has a large, organically farmed area of blueberries. Take your own containers.

You'll find many options in South Jersey--Conte Farm in Tabernacle, for one.

UPDATE: With the passing of Father's DAy the picking has begun. That said, the berries are not quite ready yet. This is probably due to the cool weather and ongoing rainy days. We need a few more days of seriously hot sunshine to get the berries really ripe.

Several vendors had Jersey blueberries at our local (South Jersey) farmers' market but I have not yet seen advertisements for pick-your-own. (It seems that this year's local strawberry season just sped right by...)
