Nick's Fishmarket, Hawaii
There is one in Honolulu and one in Maui. Are they by the same owner, and if so, are they of the same quality? I will be on both islands in a couple months and have read a number of good things about the one on Maui but have heard nothing about the other.

Thanks for your help.

The one on Maui is inconsistant. The Nick's on Oahu is excellent, but a little out of the way.

Spent a week at the Kea Lani last summer. We had dinner at Nick's twice
during out stay. Both times all 5 of
us loved the entire dinner and the
service was terrific. Some of the best
service ever....and a lovely view. I
would not miss it.

Went there last summer for a nice meal. Service was great, food was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice.

Get the OpakaOpaka Fish. So yummy.
We've only eaten at the one in Honolulu and the food and service were excellent. It was our favorite meal during our 10 day trip last year.

Nick's on Oahu has been there a long time, but I much prefer John Dominis on Ahui Street (between Waikiki and Honolulu, on the water) for both interior and food.
