Long Anniversary Weekend in Newport in August - looking for nice romantic restaurant, near water maybe, expensive is ok, Help Please?

Just a follow up.

The Spiced Pear was magnificent! Service, food, views, everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend it. It was a perfect finish to our anniversary weekend in Newport.
