Nice restaurants
 

My sister will soon be moving to Seattle. For christmas, I thought I would get her a gift certificate to one of Seattle's finer restaurants. Any locals out there with good suggestions. Thanks, Ed

Ed, There are so many great restaurants but some of my favorites are Dalia Lounge, Wild Ginger, Palisades, Waterfront, Campagne & Assagio.<BR><BR>You can look at reviews and get phone numbers here:<BR>http://seattle.citysearch.com/

To the above, I would add Chez Shea (the most romantic restaurant in the city), Rovers (probably the best) and Canlis, which has been the "special occasion place" for a lot of years.

Wild Ginger is one of my favorite restaurants whenever I get up there to visit. I have friends who moved up there last year and I introduced them to the restuarant and now it's one of their favorites as well.

I absolutely 2nd all of Dick's suggestions also! How could I leave out chez shea?? Ed your sister will love a gift certificate from any of these places!!
