Thanks, hellen, we are definitely going. It seems there is plenty to do without going to the Canadian side.

We were on the American side of Niagara Falls last month. It is beautiful and different from being on the Canadian side.

If you are an American citizen you can get a Canada-Mexico passport card for $20 from the state department.

On the Canadian side we like to stay in Niagara-on-The-Lake which is a lovely community close to the falls.

The town on the American side is not very nice. We were traveling from New England to WI and stayed overnight in Buffalo. We drove up to see the falls.
