Nextel service in Hawaii?
 

Is my cell phone going to work in Kauai and the Big Island??

Lets hope not, those Nextells and their irresponsible users are driving me crazy.<BR><BR>A Clue for all of you...TAKE IT OFF SPEAKER PHONE WHEN IN A RESTAURANT.<BR><BR>Clue #2....WE DONT CARE TO LISTEN TO YOUR DIRECT CONNECT CONVERSATION AT ALL.<BR><BR>

I believe it does on Oahu. I don't know about the other islands though. :(

Definitely will work on Oahu and Kauai, with some fairly decent reception on Maui. Not sure about the Big Island. Company used to use Nextel so this is fairly accurate as of 2/02.

call the company all phones are different we do not have nextel and did not have a problem with our cell service getting calls

We have AT&T and never have a problem on Maui but we did have problems on Kauai.
