Newport, RI Bed & Breakfast Recommendations

I am planning a trip in Sept with my husband to Newport. We are leaving the kids behind and looking for a nice B&B with a good location near close to restaurants, bars, water, etc. Any recommendations? Would like to keep under $200 /night if possible.

We went to Newport last year and stayed at the LaFarge Perry House on Kay Street. It was great-we stayed on the 3rd floor-it was very quiet. The breakfasts were wonderful and Midge has cookies in the afternoon. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Restaurants we liked were the Brick Alley Pub and the Mooring. Be sure to go on the Cliff Walk-we went there every day and just loved it.
