I would recommend the Crab Cooker in Newport Beach. It's right on the highway. Go early for dinner and avoid the lines.

I used to live in Laguna Beach and docked my boat in Newport. Laguna Beach has Cafe Zoolu for good food reasonably priced and Las Brisas Brunch for mexican food right on the beach. Wahoo's fish taco is good for quick lunch.

Newport Beach dining near the harbor is almost always more expensive. Josh Slocum's is not too bad price wise.

Amelia's on Balboa Island is not bad italian. A lot of places come and go in Newport.

Villa Nova in Newport Beach. Italian, not too expensive but nice.

Try Ti Amo is So. Laguna. Excellent food and service, moderate price. Very popular so make resv.

Had a lovely dinner at the Cedar Creek Inn in town - also the Cabana for more casual dining.

I agree about Ti Amo in So Laguna! Las Brisas too - Such a beautiful spot in Laguna. Both good recommendations!

Josh Slocums is no longer there. In it's place is the bordello-like Dennis Rodman's Place.

Dennis Rodman's is no longer there, either.
