I think I've decided on dinner at Roberto Passon. To make reservations, you go to Opentable.com 30 days in advance? I have made and changed my mind atleast three times on where to have that last night's dinner! There are so many good choices!

Also regarding reservations for dinner. You should make reservations via phone at both places and you can always cancel one. Walk past them and see which you like best. You can always cancel one, no big deal.

You can easily cancel reservations on open table, so don't feel locked into to anything. Also, don't limit yourself to open table. There are a lot of other great restaurants that aren't on there!

Try the Tenement Museum. It's a great exhibit and geared to kids. It's in the LES.Consider Katz's for lunch.

We took the boat across from South Seaport to Brooklyn and had pizza at Grimaldi's. We then walked back to Manhattan across the BB. It's a great walk. Once you are halfway you might as well walk the other half to Manhattan.

Since you will be at the met, I suggest a walk down Fifth to the 72nd Street Traverse. You can walk across the park, see the small boats pond, visit Bethesda Fountain and hit the Imagine Mosaic just before you exit on Central Park West. There are usually all sorts of folks around the mosaic and someone is usually strumming Beatles songs on a guitar.
