New York Hotel
 

Has anyone stayed at the Stewart Hotel New York? Husband and I going for 6 nts end of May in between a tour of the south ( New Orleans) and a tour further north from NY. Are there rooms other then standard doubles rooms but not suites or apartments, do I need to be aware of anything specific? I know I need to request non smoking and need free wifi. Any suggestions would be helpful.

The Stewart in Chelsea has a number of different rooms, queen rooms, larger queens with a sofa, and still larger "studios" with microwave fridge etc. Note that wifi is not free, they add a $40 per day charge PER ROOM PER NIGHT for their "service fee" which includes things like wifi . Are you stuck there as part of a tour or are you looking for other suggestions of places to stay based on what you plan to see and do while in NYC?
