2 bathrooms are doable for 7 people, it's the 2 bedrooms that look difficult. I did a 2 bedroom, 1 bath for 5 people. We needed a bathroom schedule for that!

Just to let you know that you couldn't stay at your old fave anyway as the Hotel Olcott has been converted to condos. Check out this website: http://theolcott.com/. It's no long the "dump" you used to enjoy. We used to enjoy staying there too - loved the location!!
