New Years in Vegas

Any ideas for New Years Eve in Vegas? Won a trip for me (27 Female) & friend (29 Female). We were thinking Rain, but concerned the crowd might be to young? Any other ideas?

Hang out on the strip and bat your eyes at whoever strikes your fancy.

There are already plenty of twenty-something women hanging out on the strip batting their eyes.

I went to Rain a few years ago (not New Years though) and thought the crowd was well mixed between early to late 20's with a few carry overs into their 30's. Of course that's the general club going age so it shouldn't be much of a surprise. At 27 & 29 you won't be the youngest ones there but you shouldn't feel out of place.

As for other places, I'd recommend checking out the casino web sites. A bunch of them have info on what's happening on New Years and how to get tickets for the event.

Good Luck!

Here's a link to many of the NYE parties going on along with prices to get in. We've been to the Fremont Street Experience New Years Eve Party 2002/2003 and it was great. Would go again in a heartbeat if I could ever get off from work again.

Since you won the trip, why not do something a bit more upscale than a club? Maybe a fancy event at one of the higher end casinos?
