I think the new software Fodor's installed for screening ads is not working too well. In fact I hope you can find this posting.

Did they install software, or just sic moderators on the forum each morning to clean it up?

Spam is just as bad this morning - 6-7am east coast US time it's 99% garbage.

You can say that again. There are at least a dozen in the New York forum.

Spam is awful today.

It's an epidemic today!

The new regime is remaking the profile page. I suspect they will move on to update the rest of the site, and will kill the spam then, rather than doing the work twice.

I had recent correspondence with the "new regime" and they do not yet have the "keys to the kingdom" which would allow them to pre-empt the spam. Coming soon, I hear.
