New NOLA restaurant - Stella!
 

I just read a review on another travel website recommending Stella!. Has anyone dined here and is it within walking distance or close to Soniat House? We leave shortly for New Orleans. <BR>Thanks to all who reply.

Just accessed Stella's restaurant via Yahoo ... looks pretty ordinary to me, considering the great places in NO ... moderate American food. Can't imagine what anyone raved about ... or perhaps there is another one.

I live in N.O. and have never heard of it - I will investigate! Where else do you plan to eat?

Stella is brand new and is very good. Excellent food and good service. I personally thought the menu was excellent. It's just one block up from the Soniat House.

Hi Elaine, <BR> <BR>I just returned from New Orleans and the French Quarter Festival. You could honestly throw a dart and find an awesome restaurant. I didn't have one bad meal the entire time - take light clothes...it was getting HOT when I left! Good luck and have a great time!
