I have no idea what you are talking about. Does it have to do with travelling?

Hi, George. I didn't know what that was either, but I found out by googling "replacement certificate of citizenship." It looks like there are a number of sites where you can get the info you're looking for.

Citizenship in which country?
Hint: Go to the official Government Website for the country where you wish to obtain your replacement certificate - you should be able to find the information there. If you are currently out of that country visit or contact the closest embassy for that country - they will be able to assist you.

I've never heard of it, and we came to the US with I-95 visa, then Green Card, then Naturalization.
If you had the citizenship, only lost the paper, you should
