I stayed several times when the Ocean Resort was Revel. It was spectacular then. I couldn’t tell you what’s it’s like now. I know the view from the rooms hasn’t changed and that was fantastic whether it was in the ocean or bay side. I wish they had pictures of the public spaces to see how they changed because they were really interesting. I see that Amanda is still there but I don’t think the taco truck is. Garces lost control of his restaurants so I can’t say whether the quality at Amanda is as high as it was.

Can’t say anything about Hard Rock but the newer tower at Caesar’s is nice and Borgata and the Water Club are very nice even though they aren’t on the boardwalk.
