Jeez, you couldn't just go to the Greyhound site and look this up? It couldn't be much simpler.

The Amtrak train (Cardinal) runs through Cincinati in the middle of the night 3 days a week. About 3.5 hours CIN to IND.
Greyhound seems to be the way to go.

Assuming you are either doing this for the SuperBowl - in which case whatever mode you use is likely to be crowded as you will not be the only one with this idea.

Or you have no idea what is going on in Indianapolis this weekend and I would change my dates of travel if at all possible.

FYI Real SuperBowl tickets start at $2200 each. I'm sure there are some fakes out there for around $1000.

I haven't looked at this year's, but when we went and got ours through our PSL ticket lottery, they were about $800 each.
There was an article in the Times that said as time gets closer, the online sales price may drop.
