Need REcommendation For Romantic 1 or 2 Night Getaway
 

I am looking for a nice romantic getaway to take my husband on in mid April. We will be traveling during the week and would like to stay somewhere that is around $200 a night or less. We live in Central California so can travel North or South. Would like as nice a hotel as we can afford with possibly a spa treatment ???

Anywhere along the Northern California Coast from San Francisco to Mendocino would be wonderful. We've done this route several times and it's still one of our favorites.

Can't help you with the spa, but for a romantic getaway, try Carmel. And take him to dinner at Casanova, incredibly romantic and wonderful food.

For romance, Mendocino is unbeatable no matter where you live.

We love going to Sea Ranch along the coast, an hour north of Jenner. You can rent a great house for under $200, take walks on the bluff, most houses have hot tubs, there are restaurants, but then you can also stay home and cook your own meals and eat by the fireplace. A couple different rental agencies are online if you google "Sea Ranch rentals"
