I'd fly into Spokane, get a carand driveto Sandpoint, then across BC Highway 3 to the TCH and into Vancouver, then down to Seattle and then to Portland, and fly from there. The drive across the mouintains in BC during the fall will be gorgeous. Go to the coast at the end if there's time.
