Need last minute, fast-track Keys Info for 12/26 trip--Favorites. not-to-miss, food finds, etc!

Since I have not had time to do my pre-trip obsessive gathering of info from past threads, and most of the next two days is consumed by Christmas, please help! We will be in the Keys for 4 days next week with our 4 high school and college kids. Staying around Islamorada most of the time, with the last day in Key West.
Day 1--Arrival and 3 pm glass-bottom boat tour at Pennekamp Park
Day 2 and 3--Islamorada, Cheeca Lodge
Day 4--Key west

I need good ideas for casual good -not-fancy eats, recomendations for fishing charters out of Islamorada area, souveneirs to look for, don't miss sights, best key lime pie, etc. Thanks!

Stop at Mangrove Mama's around mile marker 23 either on your way to or from Key West.

Feed the Tarpon at Robbies in Islamorada.

Don't miss the World Wide Fisherman. It is a Bass Pro Shop and entertaining for everyone. No lie.

Have a drink upstairs at Zane Greys and watch the boats in the back country.

East at Islamorada Fish Company.

You'll be close to the Keys Wild Bird Center, at MM 93.6 (bayside.) Well-worth a stop.

On your way to/from Key West, check out Bahia Honda State Park. Arguably the best beaches--yes, they have two beach complexes--in the Keys.

In Key West, take the Conch Tour Train. It'll hit all the high-spots, and you can make notes about what you want to see in-depth on your next trip.

There's a lot more, but you're gonna be time-constrained. And doin' the Keys is not about caring what time it is....

Thanks so much for the info. I heard from a previous post that Islamorada Fish Co. is closed due to hurricane damage. Any other local recommendations--esp. for eating at sunset?
