This is not about the walk anymore :) I had to tell Aduchamp and Doug that we had house-made fabulous croissants at a little dive on Avenue of the Americas between 39th and 40th street -- as I recall, the name of the place is &quot;Croissant Cafe&quot; or some such. It's on the same block as the Residence Inn.
