Need help with Family Reunion Planning

Hello,
I've read a bit on this site and others online, but am still trying to determine the best location for a family reunion this summer. I have been considering Park City, UT; Whitefish/Kalispell/Glacier Park, MT; or somewhere near Denver, CO. I'm open to other locations if someone else has a good suggestion!

Here are our specifics so that you can hopefully help me out:

*7-9 individual families from CA, MN, Mich, IN, NJ, and MT

IMPORTANT: Ease of travel for all - The location needs to be within 1 hr driving time of an airport.

*Age range from 2 yrs to 95 yrs old (toddlers, preschoolers, jr/hi schoolers)

*We are looking for a location where we can all stay close together, with a general gathering spot for simply hanging out and catching up. Pool/hot tub and casual dining on-site are necessities, as there are some of us that will not leave the lodging area. Others, however, would take part in numerous activities -- golfing, hiking, etc.

*Other dining options for a dinner out as a large group.

*Possibly condos/house so we could have a kitchen.

As I write this, I think we sound awfully picky, but we really aren't. I'm just trying to pick a location that will work for as many siblings as possible so I can get them to join us. If it's easy -- they will come.

Thanks in advance for your help
Julie

julieh - My vote is for San Diego. Perfect weather and easily within 1 hour drive of a major airport.

Go to www.sandiego.org for information and offers.

How about Saratoga Wyoming? www.saratogainn.com
We are going there this summer on the recommendation of a friend who has had family reunions there. Lots of activities for kids and adults. We are from Montana, Colorado and Nebraska so it is centrally located for us and easy to get to from Denver.

I think Whitefish and Flathead Lake and Glacier is a terrific family reunion option except for airfare.

I think you'll find that it's going to be much more expensive for your group to fly into Kalispell than Salt Lake (Park City) or Denver.
