Need help finding the perfect romantic restaurant in Manhattan!
 

I'd like to ask for the help of anyone from or familiar with New York City in picking out the perfect romantic restaurant. Can you please tell me if any restaurants come close to matching up with the following criteria? <BR> <BR>1. intimate setting (dark,dim lighting, candlelights) <BR>2. pianist/singer <BR>3. privacy <BR>4. excellent service, food <BR>5. American cuisine <BR> <BR>Price is not too important, as this is for a special occassion. <BR> <BR>Also, can anyone offer any suggestions of a restaurant/food critic that I could contact to discuss this search of mine or find out more information on this type of restaurant in NYC? <BR> <BR>Thanks! <BR>
