Need help finding portacrib for trip

Our family is going to the Mt. Hood area the week of July 13 - 20 for a family wedding. We're staying in Goverment Camp. We will have a 9 month old baby with us and cannot bring a high chair or port-a-crib with us. Does anyone have any suggestions or access to items that we could borrow for the week?
Thanks
Donna

Why can't you bring these items with you?

Hi-chair is easy- there are many style portable ones that break down for easy packinh/carrying and can be strapped on the back of a regular chair.

Why can't you bring a pack & play with you??? Is it because of some long distance traveling requirement?

If that is the case, try to find a local rental outlet in the Mt. Hood area and rent for the week. We did that in FLA so we didn't have to shlep stuff on/off aircraft.

Why not put the baby to sleep in the same bed with you. Or have extra blankets to put on the floor. The pack and play is a good idea. Those things fold nearly flat. Just gave mine away or I'd send it to ya...sorry.

If you're really in a bind, you're welcome to borrow our extra port-a-crib. Our son has just moved to a regular bed, so my father just returned the portable crib that used to live at his house.

We're in Portland and could arrange to leave it somewhere for you to pick up. Just send me an email.

-Mia
